- We strive to create orders as soon, as possible, typically within 5 business days of receipt.
- Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods and Costs:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days after order completion.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-4 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship within Canada and The United States. For international orders, please contact us for availability and shipping rates.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Shipping Rates:
- In-store Pickup (Toronto): Free
- Standard Post (Canada): $15
- Express Post (Canada): $25
- Standard International (US): $30
- Express International (US): $40
Delivery Issues:
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at connect@formerastudio.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
