Half art project, half beachwear, the Pamela Cyanotype shorts are made with premium Japanese denim, hand treated with photographic dye to create nature-inspired solar prints.
They are made using 100% cotton denim, and have a 5 1/4" inseam, making them slightly on the long side for shorts. All of our products are designed to fit an hourglass body type with a smaller waist and bigger hips, approximately a 12-13" waist-hip difference.
These shorts can be machine washed, and have been washed once before sale. Dry out of direct sunlight. Natural dye may change over time, especially with repeated washing. As this is a hand painted item, each piece is unique. Take care when wearing with light coloured fabrics, as some colour transfer may occur, especially when product is new.

Size Chart
Our jeans are designed for the "hourglass" body type, leaving more room for the hips while hugging the waist, and eliminating the dreaded waistband gap.
As a result, our fit chart looks a bit different from those of most fashion brands. Please measure your waist and hips carefully when determining your size. For a looser fit, size up.

Return and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

Care Instructions
1. For best results, wash cold inside out. Lay flat or hang to dry. Iron inside out on medium to high heat.
2. Wash with like colours. Cyanotype-dyed products can bleed during washing. Washing denim with light coloured clothing can result in unwanted dye transfer between garments.
3. Product may shrink, especially in length, if washed or dried on high heat.
4. Some dye from jeans may transfer onto other fabrics, especially when new. Please use care when cyanotype-dyed products for the first few wears.
